Acer Bonsai offers a secure payment method via PayPal.  A PayPal account is required and if you have one already, you can check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details.

When paying through PayPal the total order amount, including automatically calculated postage, will be paid for immediately at checkout when you commit to buy. The items will then be despatched as quickly as we can. All postage is by Royal Mail first class parcel. We post items on Monday Tueday or Wednesday to ensure that plants don't get stuck in sorting offices over a weekend.

If any item is temporarily out of stock  we will inform you and either arrange a refund, agree on an alternative item with you, or despatch as soon as one is ready.  Any cancelled orders will be refunded as quickly as possible.  Any returns will always be paid back to your original payment method, less postage.

You can also pay by cheque or postal order, made out to Acer Bonsai and posting it to Red Hill, Mount Road, Saint Asaph, Denbighshire, LL17 0DF There is an order form that you can download and print off here.

Postage
Trees and accent plants are posted either by Royal Mail or ParcelForce 24 depending on size.Very small trees are sent by first class post. Next day delivery is available at extra cost. Neither of these services is 100% guaranteed to arrive next day, but they have consistently achieved better than a 90% success rate for past customers.

Both services cover loss under Royal Mails standard compensation terms and conditions.
We cannot directly accept responsibility for lost or delayed trees, but in the event of a problem we will file a claim against Royal Mail, and any compensation retrieved will be used to reimburse customers. This takes some time to resolve.

Larger trees are sent by Parcelforce 24 hour delivery service and are guaranteed against serious damage and problems caused by delays. There is a limit to what can be sent by courier and larger trees will need to be collected from the nursery by arrangement, or if practical we can meet halfway. Contact us for options if unsure.
Heavy consignments (over 2kg) to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles will attract a surcharge. Please ask if in doubt.

All of our trees and accent plants are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of  sale. If they weren't, we would not sell them. We can provide care instructions with all trees and plants. Please just ask

Further care instruction and after sales advice service is available, on request, FREE of charge. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration or loss of a tree or plant due to poor or inappropriate aftercare.
