We stock a range of young Japanese Black Pines from seed purchased at Shunka En, Kunio Kobayashi's excellent nursery in Tokyo.

The seedlings were root cut at seed leaf stage, using the same technique that the Japenes masters use to achieve perfect nebari. These have been grown on in baskets and fed heavily with organic feed to develop them rapidly as potential shohin material.
